In my previous blog I talked about how the SEJ is like my running trainers, in that both of them only give you the results you are looking for if you use them. After writing this blog I began to think of why wasn’t I using the SEJ to remove limiting beliefs to live a happy joyous life. This subject really interested me as I knew the SEJ process to be very effective, and it’s very simple to use moment to moment in my life. Me not using the SEJ posed an interesting and almost a strange conundrum in that I know full well the benefits I would get, but yet I didn’t use the SEJ as I should.
The obvious answer was to USE the SEJ to work through the beliefs of why I wasn’t using the SEJ. The awareness that I had was the thought “It’s too difficult” and after putting this through the SEJ process I came to truth “It’s easy”. As obvious as this might sound, especially considering the description I use every time I speak about the SEJ of it being an easy to use process, and the fact that only one paragraph ago in this blog I’ve described the SEJ as a simple process; I held the belief that it was difficult.
Just imagine how this belief that I’ve proved to be a lie, could limit my potential in so many other areas of my life. I would imagine if you sat for a moment you could see the parallels in your life.
The SEJ really is simple process to bring freedom from the limiting beliefs that limit our lives every moment of every day.
I’ve also applied the SEJ to why I thought lacing up my running trainers and putting one step in front of another was “too difficult” – I’ll keep you all posted on how I’m getting on with my running in another blog.
